Grace is a Reiki practitioner and yoga instructor in Vancouver, WA. In 2023 she started Be Calm with Grace LLC to help others find clarity, confidence & alignment through energy work and nervous system regulation. She offers Reiki Sessions, Community Events, Corporate Wellness Events, Tarot & Oracle Card Readings, Private Yoga Classes and Business & Empowerment Coaching in Vancouver, WA and online.Grace infuses an analytical perspective and a spiritual worldview to inform her work with clients. She utilizes the lenses of yogic philosophy, neuroscience, quantum physics, sociology and chakra healing therapy in her work. She has a passion for travel, learning and personal healing and in her free time you’ll find her reading a book or adventuring in the pacific northwest with her family.Grace earned her Bachelor’s in Sociology at WSU Vancouver in 2021. She completed her yoga teacher training in Fall of 2022 and started teaching right away. She now offers private sessions, workshops and private group sessions as well. Shortly after her yoga teacher training she got Reiki Level 1 & 2 attuned in March of 2023, and her Reiki Master attunement in December 2024 on completion of a year-long chakra and Reiki mentorship course. She is currently accepting 1:1 clients, offering events and teaches others how to practice Reiki.
