Louisa is a 200 hour registered Yoga Instructor, Community Leader and Mindfulness practitioner. As a George Mason Alumni with a unique concentration in resilience, well-being and dance appreciation, Louisa is a strong believer in psychosomatic healing. To advance her studies and personal understanding of the world Louisa has traveled in places such as; Kenya, Philippines, Hawaii, Cambodia and Peru.Louisa’s Personal Statement:“By showing up as I am, I aim to provide an atmosphere where you can listen and let go with ease. I teach in a way that allows you to self-observe while being supported through guided asana and breath. I strive to live a yogic lifestyle and lead my classes in a way that reflects that choice. The classes I teach are focused on the foundation of each practice with the idea that you meet yourself where you are. I teach with the intention to lead a safe class for your mind and body to flow with purpose.”
