I’m a former corporate employee who discovered a passion for fitness and wellness, leading me to a transformative career change. As a fitness enthusiast, I am dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle and empowering others to prioritize their well-being.I coach a variety of fitness classes, including indoor cycling, HIIT, yoga, and Deep Stretch, tailoring each session to inspire and motivate participants at all levels.
