The NYPD and FDNY Football teams are both 501(c)(3) organizations who play football in the NPSFL.ORG in order to raise money for local charities. This game dates back to 1973 where it began from a discussion in a bar which a fireman and policeman disputed who would win in a football game. 52 years later with one game missed due to covid, we arrive at the 51st anniversary of the Fun City Bowl.
