I'm a running coach, certified by England Athletics, with decades of experience training and racing over distances from 5000m on the track to 100+ mile mountain ultramarathons.My group sessions are designed to make effective training principles accessible to as many runners as possible. I also work with athletes at every stage of their running career on a one-to-one basis, from complete beginners, runners returning to the sport, and those who want to explore their full potential at elite level. In addition, I provide running workshops for people competing in other sports who want to improve their speed and endurance.
