Seattle artist Teresa Stern grew up wandering the woods of Illinois with her Dad, which fostered her love of being outside, exploring and learning about local plants, history, and culture. As a Seattle resident and artist, Teresa brings that connection to nature to her art practice and exploration of NW places -both urban and wild. Teresa's oil paintings, drawings, and installations explore the connection between humans and nature, for mutual benefit and wellness of our shared ecology. Teresa also leads nature therapy and creativity walks and workshops to help people find relaxation and mindfulness and boost their creativity and focus.
