Laurie’s passion is PASTA, and she teaches all forms of pasta making privately and in local businesses in and around Baltimore, Ocean City, and other local seaside venues. Laurie is a Pasta Chef at Café Campli, voted Baltimore’s Best Italian Restaurant in 2024. Laurie teaches some of her unique pasta classes as an adjunct professor at AACC and is also a staff pasta instructor at Groundwork Kitchen, the Pandola Learning Center in Little Italy, and the Italian Cultural Center of Maryland.Laurie completed both a Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts degree (AAS) at the Hotel, Culinary Arts and Tourism Institute at Anne Arundel Community College with honors. Laurie is a Certified Culinarian recognized by the American Culinary Federation (ACF). She is ServSafe certified in food safety and alcohol education.
