Hello, I'm Cassie, the yogi behind Pop up Yoga club.You can usually find me popping up with yoga mats in unusual places around London. From beaches to office boardrooms, parks to living rooms, universities to rooftops. And most recently, on your laptop screen.I work with all levels, from those who've never done a Downward Dog, to those who've nailed Pincha Mayurasana. When you join me on the mat you can expect creative fluid sequencing with a spirit of playfulness. I weave in breath work, meditation and bring elements from my trainings in Bali and India.I teach 1:1 classes for a tailored and personal approach or you can join one of my group classes - which can sometimes include an occasional dance party or a glass of bubbly!
