Hello, I'm Cherie, a Calmbirth Educator and Doula based in Launceston. My passion lies in building a positive and supportive community for mums and dads as they prepare for the birth of their babies and navigate the postpartum period. Through my services, I provide childbirth education classes, nurturing pregnancy support groups for mums, and delightful morning teas for my Calmbirth couples.My mission is to empower expectant parents with the knowledge and confidence they need for a positive birthing experience. The childbirth education classes are designed to equip them with essential information and techniques, making their journey into parenthood as smooth as possible. Additionally, the pregnancy support groups offer a safe space for mums to connect, share their experiences, and find comfort in knowing they are not alone in this transformative phase.As a Doula, I am committed to providing personalised care and support during the labor and delivery process. I strive to create an environment where expectant parents feel heard, respected, and encouraged, ensuring that they have the support they need to welcome their new bundle of joy into the world.Furthermore, I organise morning teas for my Calmbirth couples, fostering a warm and inclusive community where they can form meaningful connections with each other. These gatherings provide an opportunity to strengthen relationships and build a network of support that extends beyond the classroom.My ultimate goal is to contribute to the overall well-being of families in Launceston by offering a holistic approach to childbirth preparation and postpartum support. Together, we can create a positive and uplifting environment for moms, dads, and their precious babies.
