Amanda likes to draw upon the different styles she has practiced on her personal Yoga journey so her classes are always fun, imaginative, varied, dynamic and energetic with a focus on alignment and building strength.She teaches yoga to everyone; athletes, pregnant ladies, rehabilitation, beginners and more advanced yogis, adapting the classes and workshops to suit the group or individual and their personal goals.Her teaching style is clear and informative but also fun and informal so students feel at ease and confident to explore their ability.She is an YA 300hrs Yoga Instructor based in Altrincham, Cheshire, originally qualifying under Anne Marie Newland, founder ofSun Power Yoga, in 2013, and since progressing her studies with Pregnancy Yoga withNadia Narainat TriYoga in London, Yin Yoga with Norman Blair at Yoga Campus UK, Yoga Nidra with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli at YogaCampus. Anatomy with Ray Long. Pranayama with Vicky Shiels. Yoga Therapy for Stress with Kate Arthurs.Her personal practice has spanned over 20 years and she has practiced with some inspirational Yogis including David Swenson, Kino MacGregor, Catherine May, Andrea Everingham, Natalie Barton and David Sye.
