Michelle is an advocate for lifelong learning and for women investing in themselves. Her journey in health and fitness has lead her to receiving a diploma in Holistic Nutrition in her 40's. Changing the narrative around restrictive eating is her life's mission (where women don't feel like a 1200 calorie diet is their only option) Educating women on more healthful practices that enrich their lives and DO NOT make healthful living feel like a "to do list" is her privilege to teach and lead women towards. Michelle works with women globally online as well as locally in person and is the owner of Coulee Ridge Nourishment.Leanne is the Owner and Operator at Quality Fitness Studio in Castor. Her passion for fitness began over 10 years ago. Leanne has completed multiple runs, triathlons, and MS bike tours to name a few. Opening QFS in 2018 was the next step on her fitness journey. This facility is vital to the wellness of our community and offers many programs. Leanne offers personal training, seniors classes, instructs spin classes and is the host to other wellness facilitators in our community. Opening QFS was a huge leap of faith for her while raising a young family but has pushed her to learn more about herself and business and made her stronger. A portion of the proceeds to this event are to be donated to "Smile Like Emily" which is a non for profit organization to raise funds for AED Savestation. Emily is Leanne's daughter who tragically passed away from a rare cardiac condition.
