In 2009, Viktoriya Nova began a significant spiritual journey, aiming to connect with something bigger than her own self. For more than seven years, she has been teaching in studios across Berkshire, where she is based, and conducting breathwork workshops both locally and internationally. She is certified in PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® , Meditation, Vinyasa, Pilates, and Yin Yoga. Her commitment to personal growth has led her to complete advanced training programs such as Level 2 - 100hr Yin Yoga, Pranayama, and Mindfulness. She is currently training with a world-class psychologist in Women's Coaching, Constellations, and Therapy.
