Her aesthetic practice has sculptural and social emphases and employs a range of techniques and materials, from quilting and super-low-tech sérigraphie to recipe-collecting and glossary-building.Her artistic and curatorial work is grounded in the themes of heritage and diaspora, the making and breaking of patterns, and exploring the creative potential of togetherness.
