I am a multi passionate Artist and Facilitator, and am dedicated to my calling to bring people together to share our hearts and insight. I have a degree as a Registered Nurse, but took off in 2020 to Mexico where I have spent the past 5 years studying herbalism, somatic healing, various forms of meditation , mysticism, and energy healing. I have spent significant time practicing Reiki, Qi Gong, Thai massage, and yoga. I have been hosting singing circles and meditation circles for the past 2 years. My mission is to assist the collective in connecting deeply to their creative energy through song, art, connection to the wisdom of the body and sharing in community.
