Religious Sisters' Retreat 2024: In His Footsteps

Our theme for the 2023-24 season is: “In his footsteps - A weekend retreat with St. Francis of Assisi.” By delving into our Franciscan tradition, we will unravel the life of St. Francis and explore key events in his conversion and ministry. Through his life, the weekend retreat will be an opportunity for Religious Sisters to know St. Francis more deeply and to recognize those moments of grace in your own life as consecrated women. This weekend will help us deepen your awareness of God’s loving presence and embracing the Gospel with evermore joy.

There will be opportunities for silent reflection, presentations, one-on-one spiritual dialogue with the preachers, Mass, Eucharistic adoration, confession, healing service and walks on our 95-acre wooded network of nature trails.

Please join us at Cap Retreat so that we can journey with St Francis and learn to love God as he loved God. A suggested donation of $600 is recommended. A $50 nonrefundable deposit secures your spot at the retreat.
