TRANSFORM | ACHIEVE | SUSTAIN​Robin is a Certified Yoga Instructor and meditation teacher. Robin has been practicing Yoga on since 2003 to gain relieve from chronic back aches, as well as to manage stress levels and to maintain general health and mental wellbeing. He has completed his 200-hours Yoga Instructor Certification Course (YICC) with both Vyasa Yoga Singapore and Vikasa Yoga Academy. He has also completed the 100-hours Advance Yoga Teacher Training Course with Unika Yoga and Therapy. Robin has been teaching Yoga since 2020 as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RTY200), Yoga Alliance. The styles that Robin practices includes Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow, Yin Yoga, Yin – Yang Yoga, Wheel Yoga, and YoQi.Robin is also a practitioner in Sound Bath and Sound Therapy. Robin is also a meditation teacher, under the lineage of Swami Rama, teaching and hosting guided meditation since 2017. Robin believes that Yoga is the dharma for a holistic lifestyle and the key to taming our monkey mind.
