RideDSocawas created to provide you with a relaxed and safe space to workout while making it fun. The class is suitable for Riders of any skill level, no matter if you are a seasoned Rider or if you have never been on an indoor bike before! Everyone is welcome. All you need to bring is water, a sweat towel, and your smile!You will be guided through a journey of climbs, sprints and flat roads, working together with your fellow riders and each class will have a theme to help you visualise your Ride.We also have small surprises/gifts in some classes - join us to find out for yourself! :)RideDSoca also organises classes to support charities to give back to the Carribean communities, such as those recently affected by hurricane Beryl.Our mission is for you to leave the class energised and happy to tackle on whatever your day has in front of you. At class, we ride away from any worries you may have with the help of sweet Soca music. Sing alongs, dance-offs and moving your waist will be highly encouraged! In short, you will experienceCarnival on the bike!About your instructor: Donalda is a qualified Level 3 PT & and Indoor Cycling Instructor and a certified fitness & Soca + Dancehall lover.
