Combined we have a rich amount of training and experience in sound therapy, yoga, meditation, breathwork, sacred voice, movement medicine and more. We hold space for those wishing to grow in self-acceptance, love, and consciousness. We encourage the practice of inner listening and we are passionate about sharing the benefits of these ancient practices. We are continuously learning and growing. These practices are part of our life, and so we offer these to you also.
