The Hoosier Cowboy Association (HCA) exists to use a unique and positive culture to improve the mental, physical, and spiritual needs of our communities through relationships, hard work, integrity, and faith. The HCA is the group behind The River City Rodeo. The Rodeo is a charitable event that benefits local veterans with PTSD to find a service animal to help them through their everyday lives.
