Root to Radiance is a sacred invitation to tend to each of the energetic centres between the Root and Crown through two ancient, complementary healing practices: yoga and sound therapy.Laurais a registered nurse with a deep passion for holistic health and integrative healing. Her journey led her to Rishikesh, India, where she trained in the ancient art of sound healing, a practice that resonated deeply with her love for music and its ability to soothe the mind, body, and spirit. Blending her clinical knowledge with the transformative power of sound, Laura creates immersive healing experiences designed to help others find inner peace, release stress, and reconnect with themselves. She believes that sound is more than just vibration, it’s a powerful modality for emotional and energetic healing.Through her work, Laura holds space for others to explore the healing potential of music and sound, guiding them toward balance, presence, and well-being.❃Emeris a yoga teacher trained at Shiva Yoga in India, where she deepened her practice through a 200 Hr Yoga Alliance accredited course in Hatha, Astanga Vinyasa and Healing while immersing in yogic philosophy, mantra, pranayama, and meditation. Her training combined ancient tradition with modern application—refining anatomy knowledge, teaching methodology, hands-on adjustments, and the art of clear, embodied instruction. Beyond the mat, Emer’s path led her to Arambol, Goa, where she explored holistic healing through ecstatic dance, kriya yoga, Ayurveda, and nature-based practices—nurturing the connection between movement, stillness, and soul.Rooted in elemental wisdom and reverence for yoga’s origins, Emer shares this practice through continuous learning by holding space for others to return to their bodies and reconnect with nature beyond the mat.
