Omid is a Registered Physiotherapist and Run Coach who is passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals while minimizing the risk of injury. With a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University, Omid combines his knowledge of physiotherapy principles with his experience as a trainer to provide comprehensive and personalized care.As a trainer, Omid has led individual and group-based boot camps, working closely with clients to design tailored workouts that address their specific needs. He believes in shared decision-making, actively involving patients in creating personalized programs that incorporate techniques such as manual therapy, exercise, and education. His primary focus is on improving function, enhancing quality of life, and empowering patients to take control of their health.
