I am the proud parent of three beautiful children and have devoted the past decade to helping others transform their lives in meaningful ways. My journey began over 10 years ago as a fitness coach in a prestigious London gym, where I managed an intense schedule of 30 sessions per week. While demanding, this chapter brought immense joy as I provided each client with personalised care and unwavering attention. I worked with individuals recovering from injuries, navigating pre- and post-pregnancy, and striving toward diverse fitness goals. Collaborating with leading physiotherapists and trainers deepened my understanding of the human body and nurtured my passion for guiding others.After the birth of my second child, I relocated to Essex and began training clients in the comfort of their homes. My clientele naturally evolved into predominantly women with young children, and together we embraced the challenges of parenting by tailoring sessions to accommodate their little ones. This approach fostered a nurturing environment where clients achieved incredible results while balancing their busy lives.In 2016, life offered me a profound insight: true wellness encompasses more than the physical—it must embrace the mind and spirit as well. This realisation sparked a transformative journey into energy healing. I completed Reiki Levels 1 and 2, opening the door to offering healing sessions. A pivotal moment came in 2020 when I discovered the extraordinary power of sound and vibration. Witnessing how sound therapy eased the pain of a family member with terminal cancer, granting them a deep and restorative rest, was both heart-wrenching and profoundly beautiful. This experience awakened a deep calling within me to share this gift with others.What began as intimate sound journeys during lockdown soon blossomed into "Sunset Sessions," retreats, collaborations with fellow practitioners, and even floating sound baths on water. Each step of this journey has been filled with magic, love, and purpose.Additionally, I embarked on the Inca Medicine Wheel, a three-year training in Ibiza rooted in the ancient healing traditions of the Andes. This sacred work helped me release deeply held trauma, freeing me from burdens carried across lifetimes. It has been an honor to bring this profound wisdom into my practice, supporting others in their own healing journeys.I am deeply passionate about creating a safe, loving space where mind, body, and spirit can reconnect, restore, and thrive.
