Sunday Grounding is a Nature Therapy, self-care, and therapeutic recreation organization where regulated nervous systems and Sunday fun days are a priority!In small groups, we practice intentional breathing and somatic exercises while tapping into our best selves and grounding in the Earth’s energy. We host monthly hikes, full moon hammock events, group bike rides, sound bowl meditations and more!
