Her mission is to help clients to optimize their performance, whether on the stage or in (or on!)the field.Kate presents nationally and internationally on vocal pedagogy, anatomy and physiology, vocal technique, health and wellness, functional breathing, vocal health and air quality. She is a qualified coach and mentor. Kate incorporates breathing techniques in her coaching to enhance focus, reduce stress and anxiety and increase CO2 tolerance whilst focusing on health and wellbeing.
