Jo has been in the Health and Wellness Industry for over 25 years. She has a Batchelor of Science Degree in Fitness and Health. She was a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist, also working with professional sports people for a number of years. She took some time away from training and massaging to bring up her 3 children, and it was during this time that she qualified as an RTT Therapist.
