I am a trauma-informed somatic coach, specialising in autism, ADHD, burnout and wellbeing for women and parents, and a qualified personal trainer and group fitness coach. I work 1:1 with clients and also host regular mind-body classes, workshops and retreats in Hampshire and Berkshire, UK.As a late-diagnosed autistic ADHDer (in my 40s) and a parent to twin neurodivergent boys, including a PDAer experiencing total burnout/shutdown, I understand how hard it can be to find ways to look after our own wellbeing when there doesn't seem like there is ever enough time or energy or money to do so. That's why my approach is all about understanding your own unique nervous system and how to regulate, through somatic and embodied micro-practices and approaches that don't require any extra time, money or huge amounts of effort. My mission is to change the way women and parents view and approach wellbeing and self-care, especially for neurodivergent - to throw out the old 'rule book', dispel the myths and help transform lives for the better.
