Welcome to The Logos Method. My name is Cheryl aka Chuck. I am a Sound Healer,  Breathwork Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner and Life Coach. I lead groups and see private clients in Noe Valley. I have had great success supporting pre-natal and postpartum women. I am available for private parties and events.I focus my sound baths to help entrain your mind so that you can go into deep states of relaxation.
