I am an experienced teacher and practitioner of hatha, restorative and flow yoga in South Wales who can also offer breathwork, relaxation, yoga nidra and laughter yoga. I run weekly community hatha yoga classes in Pontypridd as well as special events and workshops to explore and showcase a range of yoga based wellbeing activities that can have a positive effect on the mind and bodies of the practitioners. My aim is to bring fun, inclusivity and acceptance into yoga - there are no photos taken in classes as I believe that yoga is about how you feel NOT how you look and everyone has the right to enjoy the class without worrying that images of them will be used on social media. People come to my classes from all stages of life - we have a philosophy of 'you only do what you can', there's no expectation, no pressure and I always give options to increase or decrease the level of challenge in the movements. A wise teacher of mine once said that 'yoga is a way of life' - and I aim to live it!
