I am a Vegan Health and Wellness Coach and a licensed Food For Life Instructor. My health journey began when I was diagnosed with various health issues, including severe migraines, type 2 diabetes, and thyroid issues. I found that moving to a whole food plant-based way of eating improved my quality of life. I believe that food is medicine and sharing vegan nutrition, health, and wellness with those who are interested in learning brings me such joy. I hope to motivate and inspire others to use food as medicine in their lives and pass it on to their friends and family.
