Our name comes from Judges 4 in the Old Testament where we discover a woman, Deborah, leading Israel for God’s purposes. We imagine a world where Christian women leaders are connected and encourage one another to succeed with a biblical worldview; where women leaders are helping each other to overcome obstacles in order to live out our God given purposes; and where we sharpen our own leadership skills and help develop the next generation of Deborah leaders.We are a local community of women in marketplace leadership who aspire to live and lead distinctively under the authority of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to connect, encourage, and develop Christian women leaders to discover God’s call on their lives and encourage one another to influence the world for Christ.
