I am proud to admit I love my work and always have for the whole 40 years I've been working....I have been running my own business for over 40 years with a deep passion to make a difference to peoples health, wellbeing physically, emotionally and spiritually.My team and I offer Personalised Yoga Sessions, Body Work Healings, Seasonal Retreats in Hepburn Springs, iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation 8 week courses and private sessions ....all with the aim to nourish, nurture and support you on every level.
