Natalie was born and raised in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area and has been involved in modeling, acting, dance, and theatre since the age of four.In her early 20's Natalie decided to return to pursuing her modeling and acting career. Modeling lead to being ring girl for professional boxing (Fight Night At The Tank) and mixed martial arts (Strikeforce, Shark Fights), ring girl evolved into being a host for various MMA events. Then in February of 2012, Natalie decided to move to Los Angeles and saw her career blossom into the life of a professional actress. She booked roles in independent feature films and even had a run on a hit TV show (Sons of Anarchy) but found herself feeling unfulfilled in the environment and the unhealthiest she had ever been.Tired of struggling and feeling like another statistic Natalie set out on a search for alternative healing methods. After attending her first "sound bath" she was hooked. The experience was unlike anything else and difficult to describe. Session after session she was able to move and release suppressed grief, trauma and uncomfortable emotions that had been weighing her down for years. Natalie felt a sense of safety, peace, comfort, ease, and relief that she hadn’t experienced in a very long time. For the first time in years she was able to get a full and restful night of sleep without needing a sleep aid. Month by month the experience differed, but the outcome was always positive. Major changes she noticed were a decrease in stress, improved sleep, a more positive outlook on life, an increase in energy and a deeper connection with herself. For the first time in years the distress, fearfulness, worry, heavyheartedness, fatigue and brain fog that Natalie had become accustomed to experiencing was no longer controlling her life. Natalie felt lighter and knew that something deep within her had changed. After years of her own deep healing journey using a combination of western and holistic medicine, Natalie realized she needed to share the gift of sound healing meditations with the world.Natalie believes in prioritizing self-care and encourages creating a healthy work-life balance, understanding what that looks like will be different for everyone. The healing process is not a competition or a race to the finish line. It is a journey of growth, transformation and forever learning as we’re here in the school of life.While being an advocate for mental health, continuing to pursue her acting career and other passions, Natalie has been providing a safe space and sharing "sound baths" with community, private and corporate Sound Healing Meditations since 2017.
