Hello! My name is Sarah Waller and I am a health and wellness enthusiast! I am a Breathwork Facilitator, Sound Healer, Reiki practitioner, and a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. I am very passionate about mind-body practices. I have been in the medical field for over 15 years and have always longed to help people. I received an Associate of Applied Science degree from Sinclair College in Dayton, Ohio, and have practiced as a dental hygienist for over twelve years. Being in the preventative field of medicine I decided I wanted to help people in a more holistic way so I obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University Global in Health and Wellness. My passion is helping people learn how to combat stress and anxiety since these issues are the culprit behind so many disease processes. I decided I wanted to coach people on how to manage stress so I continued my education by attending the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy and became a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach. While furthering my education I was also committed to healing myself and exploration into mind-body healing modalities. I have always been drawn to music, yoga, and meditation. While deep in meditation one day I received a clear message that I was supposed to become a breathwork facilitator and sound healer. I did not know much about breathwork or sound healing at the time but decided to answer the calling and after doing some research I decided on a training program. I have been facilitating breathwork and sound healing for over a year now and find it extremely rewarding. I would love the opportunity to share my passion of mind-body medicine with you at one of my events!
