About the founder​ - Pam ShergillMy ExperienceWith over 10 years experience in personal and corporate coaching, I've worked with UK and global organisations. I'm currently supporting Welwyn & Hatfield's Refuge Centre to support victims of domestic abuse by providing yoga classes and sound healing. In addition, I work with Garden House Hospice Care providing chair yoga classes and sound healing. Previous to this, I was a Secondary School Coach through Yes Futures, a London based charity. I was feeling lost, looking for something but not sure what. I was told to meditate and sit with myself until those answers flowed but I couldn't sit still for a minute never mind an hour a day! The problem was, I was looking for something outside of myself; not realsing that the answers were inside of me.I've been on my own personal development journey for the last 12 years, using retreats, therapy, medicine spaces and many types of healing modalities until I found the power of healing and stillness through energy and sound. I now feel calmer, have eradicated all perceived stress and have gained greater clarity on my life purpose. As a result, I sleep better and am able to find balance between work, rest and play.I created Your Healing Space to help people like me and I'm committed to helping others find that same inner peace and calm.
