Hi, my name is Mercedes and I am a Miami-born and raised Floridian living in the Riverland area since 2016. After a career in sales and marketing, I founded Riverland Wellness with a vision of offering a holistic set of services to those who seek balance, well-being, and peace of mind in all aspects of their lives.The first area I focused on was home services with Riverland Home Studios, offering home watch, concierge, and home wellness services. I now am focused on expanding services with personal offerings such as yoga, pool aerobics, breathwork, meditation, and more to come in the future.I see wellness as a way of life and not an activity to do or an event to attend. Practicing mindfulness, and living a life of balance and well-being sets us up for optimal living as we transition from each stage of our lives.
