The mission of Strive Dance Co. is to empower individuals to embrace personal growth and self-improvement through the transformative power of dance. Our vision is to create a community of dancers who inspire and support each other to become the best version of themselves both on and off the stage. Meet the Artistic Director of Strive Dance Company:Meghan McGillicuddyAn Indianapolis native who grew up competing in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, musical theater, modern, and pointe. Meghan loves teaching all styles of dance but has a passion for contemporary, jazz, and musical theater. She loves to experiment with a juxtaposition of music and movement. She adores the Fosse style, and it inspires her in all genres of dance. In 2024, she started her own performing company, Strive Dance Company, that gives local artists opportunities to perform.
