Hey y'all,I struggled for a long time with the idea of doing a "facilitator spotlight" about myself and in the end, this is what I came up with instead. For where we are as a collective, it just feels like a perky, pep-talk about my qualifications ain't it, and authentic sharing with some powerful vulnerability is.
