Hi! I'm Sophia :), a qualified yoga teacher orignally from the UK. I recently made the decision to leave my corperate job in London to move to Sydney to persue my passion for teaching yoga whilst I study a Masters degree in Psychology and Neuroscience; with the hope to combine Science and Yoga in a future career.
