I set up Go with the Flow or Anuugacchati Pravaha in its native Sanskrit, for myself, for my soul. To offer something honest with true integrity. To honour the traditional Indian roots of Yogic practice and Ayurvedic wellness. Following the 8 limbs of yoga and the 4 fundamentals, Go with the Flow is an opportunity to take comfort from what we know as yoga, on the mat, the asana practice, devised as movement for the western world. And nourishment for the mind with practice we can live our lives by, everyday. A code of conduct, a higher level of presence and awareness with ourselves, with each and every breath we take. A chance to explore guided meditations with visualizations, pranayama, the life force harnessed through breath control. Mindful walks with nature, sensory & juicing experiences, as we bring our bodies & minds together as one, and prioritise self care and search for inner peace. All brought to you via 90 minute classes of various yogic styles and carefully curated 3 hour workshops, for all abilities, where we can spend a little extra time, diving deeper into this endless practice of creativity and inclusivity known simply as Yoga.
