We are a Fuquay-Varina based business offering in-person, engaging mental health workshops to middle school and high school girls.Our mission is to cultivate confidence to navigate life’s challenges with courage, determination, and grace during the tween and teen years. Our goal is to help young women learn to thrive while facing the ups and downs of life ☀️With a combined 34 years of experience in public education, we recognize the critical need to empower young women in building resilience for the challenges of the 21st century. Our vision is to create a supportive foundation where young women can cultivate essential skills such as self-confidence, a positive mindset, a strong mind-body connection, effective communication, conflict resolution, and an informed understanding of social media’s impact on the brain.Through these foundational skills, we aim to equip young women to navigate life with confidence, adaptability, and purpose.
