My fitness journey began in my hometown in Saskatchewan, Canada where I quickly fell in love with the technique and music-driven method of barre. Following my upbringing in the dance world, I sought out a way to make fitness exciting and fun — and barre allowed me to see fitness in a whole new light, inspiring me to create a space where fitness was a pleasure, not a punishment.I was fortunate enough to teach barre for a wholesome and vibrant community in Regina for nearly 4 years before packing up my life and moving abroad to my new home in London, England in 2023 where I have since been able to expand my knowledge of boutique fitness.After exploring many different styles of fitness and visiting several different studios in London, I found myself picking and choosing my favourite moments in a class: the carefully curated playlists, the energy of the instructor, the flow of the exercises. This experience has encouraged me to fuse all of these favourite elements together and create classes that not only I love, but so will others - bringing youBODY BY BLEAU.
