Our mission is clear: to provide mentorship and to actively foster stronger connections between the community and law enforcement. We are dedicated to dismantling the school-to-prison pipeline that plagues adolescents in Baltimore City and its surrounding counties.Through a myriad of community events, including clean-ups, movie nights, and back-to-school drives offering free haircuts and supplies, we've touched countless lives. Our “Men’s University” and "Girlfrans" programs provide vital peer support and mentorship, while other initiatives includ our “Handshakes over Handcuffs” Program, which introduces our S.H.A.K.E (Support, Humanizing, Accountability Knowledge, Engagement) model in schools, emphasizing respect, connection, and trust through a simple yet powerful gesture—a handshake.Your support at our events directly impacts our ability to make a difference. Funds raised go towards program costs, supporting youth drives, supplying essentials, funding field trips, and creating a PYT scholarship fund. Together, we can empower the next generation to exemplify our core values and pursue education as a pathway to a brighter future.
