About Radha:A mother of four, yoga teacher, and Bhakti-Yogi, who has run a home based yoga studio on Kauai for the last fifteen years, now living part-time on Oahu.Radha lives her truth gently guiding women to re-discover, explore and trust their inner knowing and innate capacities, creating sacred space to allow women to reconnect to their true self in a deeper more meaningful way. Harnessing the healing vibrations of devotional song and guided meditations, Radha leads women back into their sacred heart space, utilizing various techniques to release, purify, align, and promote self-healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.Creating A Sisterhood Of Kindness.Radha hosts women’s circles and women's workshops allowing a woman a safe space to rest, that encourages her to explore her inner world, to feel held in a gentle, non-judgemental way which can be deeply nourishing and transformational.
