Founded by Eddy Martinez, the program provides hands-on job experiences, business tours, and skill-building opportunities to foster confidence and independence in the workplace.Through strategic partnerships with organization, participants gain direct exposure to various industries, from hospitality and culinary arts to retail and corporate environments.Summer of Success organizes offers immersive job tours, behind-the-scenes insights into different careers while allowing participants to engage with industry professionals.
