Isabel Tew is a yoga and breathwork instructor with over 15-years of experience. She is the author or Breath Cards, a revolutionary deck of cards to support self-empowered breathwork practices for all experience levels and all moods. She teaches in London’s great studios and is has been head of learning at Embody Evolution School of Breathwork. She has partnered with organizations such as The Martha Beck Institute, Atlantic Rowing teams, Vodafone, and other Fortune 500 companies in leading breathwork classes and workshops. Isabel has been featured in publications including YOGA Magazine, and Om Yoga Magazine.Isabel’s 20s brought some profound personal challenges. Intense corporate work with her highly driven personality-type resulted in issues including panic attacks, anxiety and imposter syndrome. She didn’t then have the right practices to rebalance those intensities. Exterior success had resulted in a sense of inner failure and disconnection.
