1. Registration & Payment

• All participants must complete the registration process and make the necessary payment to confirm their attendance at the event.
• Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

• All fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel disruptions, or personal reasons.
• Once payment is made, it is deemed final and cannot be returned.

3. Participant Substitution

• If the registered participant is unable to attend, they may transfer their spot to another individual.
• The organizer must be informed of the substitution before 29th November 2024, prior to the event via email with the new participant's full details.

4. Event Changes

• The organizer reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or modify the event details (including venue, date, or speaker lineup) at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, participants will be notified in advance. Refunds will be issued. 

5. Event Conduct

• All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, speakers, and staff.
• The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who displays inappropriate behavior, without a refund.

6. Liability Waiver

• The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
• Participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with attending the event.

7. Media & Privacy

• By attending the event, participants consent to the use of their image, likeness, or voice in any photographs, videos, or recordings made by the organizer for promotional purposes.
• Personal information provided during registration will be kept confidential and used only for event management purposes.

8. Accessibility & Special Requirements

• Participants with any accessibility needs or special requirements are encouraged to inform the organizer at least 7 days before the event to accommodate requests.
