Meet the Chairperson – Mark FelixChairperson, Dennery Reunion 2025Mark Felix was born in London, but his roots were firmly planted in the heart of Dennery, Saint Lucia, where his father took the family during his early years. It was in Dennery that Mark grew up—surrounded by community, culture, and the kind of village spirit that stays with you for life.Though he left Dennery in 1985, Mark has never truly left it behind. He has returned many times over the years, maintaining strong ties with family, friends, and the place that shaped his values and identity.Two years ago, inspired by a desire to reconnect with that spirit and bring others along with him, Mark had an idea: a grand reunion for all who love Dennery—those at home and those abroad. He reached out to a few like-minded individuals, and together they began to shape what would become the Dennery Reunion 2025.As Chairperson, Mark has led this effort with vision and dedication. This isn’t just an event—it’s a movement to celebrate where we come from and invest in where we're going. With initiatives that will benefit the Villa St. Joseph Care Home and the Dennery Library, the reunion also aims to give back to the community that gave so much.Mark invites everyone—from Dennery, from the diaspora, from anywhere with love for the village—to come home and be part of something unforgettable.
