Join us for a weekend in an idyllic West Cork location and leave feeling wonderfully refreshed and with a new awareness around a healthier lifestyle.

The perfect place to recharge & get reacquainted with your childlike nature, with fun activites, in the best like-minded company. The ideal setting for good old fashioned fun & adventure!

Activities include yoga, grounding, breathwork, nutrition & coaching activities as well as refreshing sea swims followed by warming cuppas, brisk hikes, fire pit, night kayaking & more free time in there too and a wonderful opportunity to get to know new people.

The team:

Kara O'Donnell, Nutritional therapist & healthy cook, will provide nutrition nuggets throughout, throwing together easy meal ideas in the kitchen, delicious healthy food for us all to enjoy together and one-to-ones are also on offer to all.

Colman Power, organic farmer & personal trainer, will provide fitness sessions, the most amazing organic produce and an infectious energy that will have us up grounding & stretching first thing and throwing fabulous fresh produce into meals in the kitchen.

Kaz Russell, yoga teacher supreme, will provide daily yoga sessions to wake us all gently and settle us down for the evening, these beautifully mindful sessions will have you wonderfully stretched & relaxed for the day.

Joanne Maloney, life coach extraordinaire, will provide one-to-one coaching sessions as well as exercises to get us all in the right zone to get the full benefit of the weekend.

1.00 Nutritious Lunch by Kara, Growing & nutrition chats with Kara & Cole

2.30-6.30 Free time - tea & coffee available

Kayaking weather dependent available request on arrival
