Terms & Conditions of Purchase

By purchasing a ticket to The Lost Art of Connection workshop, you agree to the following:

1. Ticket Policy

• All tickets are non-refundable.
• If you’re unable to attend, your ticket can be credited towards a future Physis workshop or transferred to a friend - just let us know ahead of time.

2. Changes to Event

• In the unlikely event we need to reschedule or change the venue, we’ll notify all participants via email or WhatsApp.
• If the event is cancelled by us, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Wellbeing & Safety

• This is a non-judgmental, inclusive space. We ask all participants to show up with respect, kindness, and openness to others.
• Please inform us ahead of time if you have accessibility needs or anything you’d like us to be aware of to support your participation.

4. Photography & Content

• We may take photos or short videos during the workshop to capture the vibe. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, just let us know on the day - no problem at all.

5. Data & Contact Info

• Your contact details will only be used to communicate event updates or share resources related to this workshop.
