From the stay-at-home mum to the career woman, Mothers Day Out has curated annual events, coaching sessions, and group holidays designed to give women the required respite.She is also the founder of The Bullying Recovery and Awareness Workshops, a series of virtual workshops and training aimed at helping and supporting parents and children to understand and tackle issues from bullying incidents.
